Living and working across Africa for the past 15 years profoundly shaped my understanding of wellbeing and human behaviour. Time spent in a remote village early on challenged many Western assumptions about success and happiness, and deepened my respect for resilience, purpose, and the human spirit.
For the past 10 years, I've focused on coaching and human development as a certified Holistic Health Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, as well as co-founding an online platform providing mental health services.
This work strengthened my understanding of how mindset, emotional wellbeing, and behaviour directly influence confidence, communication, and performance at work.
